Alpine scenes shirt & shorts set

A shirt and shorts set had been on my to-make list forever, but I never seemed to have enough of just the right fabric at the right time of year to make it happen - until this vintage Alpine scenes barkcloth came along.

Formerly a pair of curtains, I just love everything about this print of trees, mountains and little wooden cabins.

The shorts are high waisted with three pockets - two in the side seams and one on the back. The shirt is simple with no gathers and finished off with vintage red buttons.

Designed for a variety of sizes, both pieces are roughly a size M-L (UK 14-16ish) depending on desired fit - please see the measurements in the dropdown menu.

As ever, these one-of-a-kind garments were lovingly made by me entirely from found, not-new materials.
