Deadstock wool blue striped vest

Beautiful quality vintage deadstock blue striped wool vest.

This fabric was a dream to work with and the waistcoat provides a weighty, warm but non-bulky layer.

Finished off with found wooden buttons and lined with a found remnant of brushed cotton. Both fabrics had interesting price labels and makers marks, which I have shown in the images.

As ever, this one-off piece was lovingly made by me entirely from not-new materials.
