Recycled appliqué pastel bedspread shirt/jacket

Pretty boxy top with pastel-coloured floral appliqué, made from a vintage cotton bedspread that also has unusual appliqué scalloped edges.

I've finished the shirt off with dark green binding and vintage orange buttons that I was lucky enough to find a whole tube of, and large patch pockets. I can see this looking lovely worn undone, doubling up as a little lightweight summer jacket.
