Reclaimed wool checked vest

This was a super quality vintage checked wool that I've been hanging on to for a couple of years and decided now was its time to shine!

The close-up photos best show off the texture and colours of this beautiful navy blue and off-white fabric. With reclaimed wooden buttons, buttonholes bound in linen offcuts, self-fabric binding and nice big handwarmer-style pockets which I've lined in a soft textured linen.

As ever, this one-off piece was lovingly made by me entirely from found, not-new materials.
