Schoolhouse print shirt

This simple, no-gathers, short-sleeved, unisex shirt is made from a vintage cotton panel printed with the classic Schoolhouse patchwork block, dated 1988 and originally from the gift shop of the Museum of American Folk Art in NYC, according to the selvedge.

Luckily enough, the print was the perfect size for my boxy shirt pattern pieces!

Fnished off with red binding to add to the quilty vibes, and found shell buttons.
